According to Indian media, Hrithik Roshan has given his ‘sea view flat’ located in the expensive area of Juhu in Mumbai to his girlfriend Saba Azad on rent for just Rs 75,000 per month.
According to reports, this flat is in the “Manat Apartments” located on Juhu Versova Link Road, which is considered one of the attractive and expensive areas of the city.
Property documents have revealed that this is a luxury three-bedroom apartment, with an area of approximately 1000 to 1300 square feet.
Local real estate agents say that the rent for flats of this quality in this area is usually one lakh to two lakh rupees per month, compared to which this flat has been given to Saba Azad at a special discount.
