NDA government in Bihar, PM Modi praises Nitish Kumar, calling him an efficient and experienced administrator

Nitish Kumar was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Bihar for a record tenth time, and Prime Minister Modi praised him as an efficient and experienced administrator. The presence of several prominent NDA leaders, including BJP leaders, at the swearing-in ceremony demonstrated the strength of the new alliance.


Janata Dal-United President Nitish Kumar was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Bihar for a record tenth time on Thursday in a grand ceremony at the historic Gandhi Maidan in Patna. A total of 18 cabinet ministers and two deputy chief ministers were sworn in. A total of 26 ministers were sworn in, and the swearing-in ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP National President J.P. Nadda, and several other top NDA leaders. Chief Ministers of several NDA-ruled states also participated.

 

After the swearing-in, Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Nitish Kumar and other ministers. Sharing photos of the oath-taking ceremony, PM Modi said, “Many congratulations to Shri Nitish Kumar ji on being sworn in as the Chief Minister of Bihar. He is an efficient and experienced administrator. He has an excellent track record of good governance in the state. My heartiest wishes to him for his new term!”

He further wrote, “Many congratulations to Shri Samrat Chaudhary ji and Shri Vijay Sinha ji on becoming the Deputy Chief Ministers of Bihar. Both leaders have extensive experience in public service at the grassroots level. My best wishes to them too!”

Modi also wrote, “My heartiest congratulations to all the colleagues who have been sworn in as ministers in the Bihar government. This is a wonderful team of dedicated leaders who will take Bihar to new heights. My best wishes to all of them!” Besides Nitish Kumar, a total of 25 leaders were sworn in as part of the new NDA-led Bihar cabinet.

 

These included Samrat Chaudhary (BJP), Vijay Kumar Sinha (BJP), Vijay Kumar Chaudhary (JD-U), Bijendra Prasad Yadav (JD-U), Shravan Kumar (JD-U), Mangal Pandey (BJP), Dilip Kumar Jaiswal (BJP), and Ashok Chaudhary (JD-U).

Others who joined the cabinet included Lesy Singh (JD-U), Madan Sahni (JD-U), Nitin Nabin (BJP), Ram Kripal Yadav (BJP), Santosh Kumar Suman of HAM(S), Sunil Kumar (JD-U), Mohammad Jama Khan (JD-U), and Sanjay Singh Tiger (BJP). The list also included Arun Shankar Prasad (BJP), Surendra Mehta (BJP), Narayan Prasad (BJP), Rama Nishad (BJP), Lakhendra Kumar Roshan (BJP), and Shreyashi Singh (BJP).

Additionally, Pramod Kumar (BJP), Sanjay Kumar (LJP), Sanjay Kumar Singh (LJP) and Deepak Prakash (RLM) were sworn in as ministers. Janata Dal (United) chief Nitish Kumar was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Bihar for a record 10th time in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other key leaders of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
