Sarah was a wonderful, talented and very honorable young officer. She started service in June 2023 and was extraordinary in every way.

President Trump said that our National Guard and security forces are working to serve our country with their lives at stake, and an attack on them will not be tolerated.

Trump made it clear in his speech that the United States will take swift action to contain Venezuela.

He said that the United States has the world’s strongest military and the most advanced defense equipment, and decisive action will be taken against threats to the country’s security.

The US President added that the B-2 bombers successfully hit their target after a 37-hour flight.

He mentioned meeting with the B-2 pilots and said that these pilots are just as brave and skilled as Tom Cruise.

Trump revealed that a large order for more B-2 bombers has been signed recently to further strengthen the power of the US Air Force.

It should be noted that Sarah and 24-year-old Air Force Staff Sergeant Andrew Wolf were also injured in the attack that occurred yesterday.

The two officers were ambushed as they were returning from duty. The attack was so sudden that they did not even have a chance to defend themselves.

Sarah Backstrom and Andrew Wolf were National Guard personnel who were sent to Washington, D.C. in August when President Trump called for National Guard troops from various states to increase the number of federal law enforcement agencies.
