Saudi Arabia creates new history, introduces World Cup stadium 350 meters above ground
Saudi Arabia has introduced one of the world’s most unique stadiums, the Neom Stadium, for the 2034 FIFA World Cup, which will be built at a height of 350 meters above the ground.
According to the global sports website GOAL, a document submitted by Saudi Arabia to FIFA stated that the Neom Stadium will be the world’s most unique stadium, with its field located at an altitude of 350 meters, from where breathtaking views will be visible, while its roof itself will be part of the city’s structure.
According to the report, the Neom Stadium is among 11 new stadiums that will be built in the next eight years, while four existing stadiums will be renovated.
A list of a total of 15 host stadiums and their concept designs for the 2034 World Cup was released by Saudi Arabia this year.
This modern stadium will be located within The Line, a futuristic city project announced in 2021. The Line will be a 170-kilometer-long, 200-meter-wide, and 500-meter-high structure.
