Australia expels Iranian ambassador over anti-Semitic attack allegations

Australia has expelled the Iranian ambassador over anti-Semitic attacks.

According to a foreign news agency, Australia has accused Iran of involvement in two anti-Semitic attacks in Australia.

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has said that his embassy in Tehran has been suspended.

He also said that he will introduce legislation to designate Iran’s Revolutionary Guards as a terrorist organization.

In this regard, the Australian Foreign Minister says that the Iranian ambassador and three other officials have been given 7 days to leave the country.
