The Enforcement Directorate (ED) team raided several locations of the famous Gupta brothers and their associates on Tuesday (August 26, 2025). Raids were also conducted in Hyderabad. Apart from this, the team from Delhi raided his residence in Dehradun for several hours.

Let us tell you that the Enforcement Directorate team, which came to interrogate the Gupta brothers in the money laundering case, has returned to Delhi. During this time, the ED team was able to question only one of the two brothers. It is being told that one brother is admitted in the hospital. The ED team has taken some documents from here.

Where did the ED team raid?

ED raided the hideouts of the Gupta brothers and their associates in Agartala on Tuesday. The ED team reached Dehradun and questioned them for several hours at their residence here. According to sources, the ED team was able to question only one of the two brothers, as the other brother is ill. However, the ED has not yet made any official confirmation nor has any statement been issued by the central investigation agency yet.

Action is being taken on the request of the South African government

It is being told that this action against the Gupta brothers has been taken on the request of the South African government. The properties of the Gupta brothers are under investigation. The names of both the brothers also came up in the Sahni builder suicide case last year. Central agencies have been continuously active against the Gupta brothers who have been embroiled in controversies for many years.
