People are not ready to give it. There are 816 flats and 50 shops in this society. People often have to face the problem of cable fault and low voltage. Society’s RWA president Dalbir Singh said that the builder has to pay about 3.5 crore rupees to the electricity corporation for the 33 KV substation. Now he wants to hand over the management of the society to the RWA but before that he wants to take this amount from the residents.

Whereas the builder has to build the 33 KV substation. People have been living here for the last 6 years. We have talked to the nearby affordable societies.
