An Indian influencer surprised fans and social media users by losing 67 kg in two years.

Indian social media influencer Rajni Ghanghas has brought a positive change in her life by losing 67 kg in two years. Two years ago, Rajni weighed 155 kg, but thanks to constant hard work and a simple lifestyle, she now weighs 88 kg.

She recently celebrated her 20th birthday with renewed confidence and also told her fans about her difficult journey.

According to Rajni, her transformation has not come from any expensive fitness program or special diet plan, but from simple food, daily exercise and regularity. She did not follow any special diet and went to the gym regularly. Her routine included light exercise in the evening, a kilometer run, salad and a balanced diet.

The diet plan that Rajni has shared on her Instagram includes chapati, vegetables, paneer, yogurt, protein, chickpea salad, makhana, cucumber, cinnamon, lemonade, celery tea and beetroot juice. The influencer has cited walking 10,000 steps daily and drinking 4 liters of water as the key to successful weight loss.
