Washington: An interesting moment during the meeting between US President Donald Trump and Syrian interim President Ahmed al-Sharaa at the White House went viral on social media.

According to media reports, during the meeting, President Trump gifted Ahmed al-Sharaa a perfume of his brand. Trump praised the perfume and said, “This is the best perfume in the world.”

He not only presented the perfume, but also applied the perfume to Ahmed al-Sharaa himself and the Syrian Foreign Minister Asad al-Shaibani, who was with him, after which the perfume was handed over to the Syrian President.

At the same time, Trump said with a smile, “This is one perfume for you and one for your wife.” Then he immediately asked, “How many wives do you have?” To which the Syrian President replied, “Only one.”
