Social change by founding the Another Chance Foundation

In an inspiring display of youth leadership, Maan Ghidia, a driven student currently in his 12th grade, has taken the helm of social change by founding the Another Chance Foundation. This NGO, dedicated to creating meaningful impact in the community, has quickly gained recognition for its efforts.

Despite its relatively recent inception, the organization has already made a profound impact across various sectors. Through its community outreach initiatives and dedicated support for underprivileged communities, the foundation has demonstrated unwavering commitment to giving back. Notably, its pioneering initiative, the Lucknow Dabbawala’s, provides affordable, hot home-cooked meals to blue-collar workers across multiple factories in Lucknow.

Recently, Maan spearheaded a successful drive to ensure these workers receive meals at the lowest possible price. The NGO has also raised an impressive 1 lakh rupees from family and friends. With a strong foundation laid, the organization is poised to expand its reach and further amplify its positive impact in the future.

In a recently concluded initiative One Chane Foundation collaborated with @myvakil Law Firm, operating in various parts of the State, where the foundation reached out to hundreds of poor students of District Lakhimpur Kheri, ahead of festive season and Deepawali , where they distributed goodies, books, stationeries and toiletries to the young students, aiming to inculcate the value of health, sanitation and education in the nascent minds of the children.

Maan’s leadership and vision have been instrumental in steering the foundation towards success. Alongside managing his rigorous academic schedule, he has ensured that the foundation operates efficiently and achieves its goals.
This youth-led organization is a beacon of hope and a reminder that age is no barrier to making a difference in the world.
