Suhana Khan faces legal trouble over buying agricultural land in Mumbai

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan is facing legal trouble over the purchase of an agricultural land located in the Alibaug area of ​​Mumbai, the reason being that Suhana is shown as a farmer in the purchase documents.

It is said that Suhana Khan bought agricultural land in Alibaug for Rs 12.91 crore from three sisters Anjali, Rekha and Priya, which these sisters inherited from their parents.

According to the documents, Suhana bought two plots worth a total of Rs 22 crore in 2023 and 2024. These plots were registered in the name of Dejavu Farm Private Limited, the owner of this company is said to be Gauri Khan’s mother and sister-in-law.

According to reports, one of the plots in Alibaug is in Thal Village, it was further said that the government had actually allotted this land for farming. Suhana Khan paid Rs 77.46 lakh as stamp duty at the time of purchase of the plot, and Suhana was allegedly declared as a farmer in the registration documents at the time of purchase.

The authorities are now investigating the matter and it is being investigated by Resident Deputy Collector Sandesh Shirke, who has been directed to seek an impartial report from the Alibag Tehsildar.
